Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Pro Dispatch LLC website. Dispatch services are provided under the separate dispatch agreement between Pro Dispatch and each carrier. If these terms conflict with your dispatch agreement, the dispatch agreement controls.

Our role

Pro Dispatch provides dispatch and administrative services to motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier or freight broker and do not take possession of freight. All loads are booked under the carrier's own operating authority (MC), and the carrier remains solely responsible for the safe and legal operation of its equipment, compliance with hours-of-service and other regulations, and the transportation of freight.

Carrier choice

Carriers decide which loads to accept. Pro Dispatch presents load options and negotiates rates on the carrier's behalf but does not force dispatch.

Fees

Dispatch fees are agreed individually with each carrier, either as a percentage of the gross revenue of loads booked (minimum 5%) or as a flat fee per load or per week. Fees and payment terms are set out in the carrier's dispatch agreement or written quote.

Earnings information

Revenue, rate-per-mile and weekly gross figures on this website are general market averages provided for information only. They are not a promise or guarantee of earnings. Actual results depend on many factors, including market conditions, season, lanes, equipment, miles driven and time on the road.

Information you submit

You agree that information and documents you submit are accurate and that you are authorized to share them. You authorize Pro Dispatch to use them to set up your carrier profile with brokers and to contact you as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

Carriers are not bound by a long-term contract and may stop using our services at any time.

Website use

You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit malicious files. Content on this site is owned by Pro Dispatch and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Dispatch is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. The website is provided "as is."
