Simple to start. Built to keep you rolling.
Here's exactly what happens from the moment you send your documents to the moment you get paid — no surprises, no fine print.
Four steps to your first load
- 01
Send your 4 documents
Upload your W-9, MC Authority, Certificate of Insurance and NOA or void check through our secure sign-up form.
- 02
We build your carrier profile
Our onboarding team reviews your documents, builds your carrier profile and forwards it to the dispatch department.
- 03
Welcoming call
Your personal dispatcher calls to learn your truck, lanes, home time, target rate per mile, ELD and factoring details.
- 04
First load booked
We present load options, negotiate the rate, complete broker setup and send you the rate confirmation. You roll.
Your dispatcher learns your business — in detail.
The welcoming call is the first operational call with your new personal dispatcher. It's how we build a profile accurate enough to book the right freight the first time.

What your dispatcher does on every single load
- 1
Search
Your dispatcher filters premium load boards by your location, equipment, lanes and dates, and works our broker network for loads that never hit the board.
- 2
Vet the broker
We check broker credit and payment history to avoid D-rated brokers and slow payers before we ever call.
- 3
Get the details
Pickup and delivery dates and times, weight, commodity, dimensions and special requirements — confirmed with the broker.
- 4
Negotiate
We counter above your break-even rate, check with you, and push toward the best number the load will bear.
- 5
You choose
You get at least two options with miles, rate and reload outlook. You pick the one you want.
- 6
Setup & rate con
We complete the broker's carrier packet, then review the Rate Confirmation line by line before you roll.
- 7
On the road
Check calls and ETA updates to the broker, help with route issues, delays, weather and breakdowns.
- 8
Delivered & paid
We collect the BOL and POD, prepare the invoice for your factoring company or the broker, and claim any accessorials.
Getting paid: factoring, quick pay and standard pay
Because every load is booked under your MC, payment flows from the broker directly to you or your factoring company. We prepare a complete invoice package — rate confirmation, bill of lading (BOL) and proof of delivery (POD) — so nothing slows your payment down.
- Standard pay: brokers typically pay around 28 days after the invoice and POD are submitted.
- Quick pay: paid within about a week, with the broker usually deducting a 3–5% fee.
- Factoring: your factoring company advances payment fast; we send them your paperwork after every delivery.
Accessorials we claim for you
Extra pay you've earned shouldn't be left on the table. Your dispatcher documents and claims:
- Detention — when you're held beyond free time at pickup or delivery.
- Layover — when a delay forces you to wait an extra day.
- Lumper — reimbursement for warehouse loading/unloading fees.
- TONU — Truck Order Not Used pay when a broker cancels after you're dispatched.
- Tarp pay & extra stops — negotiated into the rate before you accept.
