Our story
Pro Dispatch LLC was built on a simple observation: most independent truckers are excellent drivers and hard-working business owners, but they are forced to spend hours every week doing a second job — searching load boards, calling brokers, negotiating rates, filling out carrier packets and chasing payments. Every hour spent on that work is an hour not spent driving, resting or being home with family.
We set out to take that second job off their plate completely. We hired experienced dispatchers, trained them deeply on equipment types, freight, US geography and broker negotiation, and built a model where each dispatcher handles only three to five trucks. That small ratio is the heart of our business: it means your dispatcher actually knows you, plans your week instead of just your next load, and has time to fight for every dollar.
What we believe
We believe the carrier should get the highest possible rate for every mile. We believe drivers should choose their own loads and set their own schedules.
