Questions about onboarding
Why do you need my W-9, MC Authority, COI and NOA?
Brokers require these documents to set you up as an approved carrier. With them on file, your dispatcher can complete broker carrier packets quickly and book loads without delays.
Is it safe to upload my documents here?
Yes. Your documents are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection directly to our onboarding team's email and are used only to build your carrier profile and set you up with brokers.
What happens after I submit?
We build your carrier profile and forward it to the dispatch department. Your personal dispatcher then calls you for a welcoming call to learn your lanes, home time and target rate — then you're ready to roll.
