• Carrier information such as MC and USDOT numbers, equipment type, lanes, schedule and payment preferences.
• Documents you upload, including your W-9, MC Authority, Certificate of Insurance, Notice of Assignment or void check, and any optional documents.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically for security and site performance.

How we use your information

• To create your carrier profile and complete broker carrier packets and setups on your behalf.
• To book, manage and invoice loads and to communicate with brokers, shippers and your factoring company.
• To contact you by phone, text message, WhatsApp or email about your account and our services.
• To respond to inquiries and quote requests.
• To protect our website and services against fraud and abuse.

How we share information

We share carrier documents and information only as needed to provide dispatch services — for example with freight brokers and shippers you haul for, carrier onboarding platforms, and your factoring company. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate (such as email hosting), or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

How documents are handled

Documents submitted through our sign-up form are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and delivered to our onboarding team's business email. Access is limited to staff who need it to set up and dispatch your account.

Data retention

We keep carrier information for as long as you work with us and as needed afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing messages, by emailing sales@prodispatchllc.com. Text message recipients can reply STOP to opt out.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
